Actually, I was specifically thinking of the Robot Devil for his line readings ("You can't just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!") but Calculon works as well or better. Hedonism-bot, too. Futurama was just brimming with bombastic robots.

The only thing I know about Scientologists is this: They believe Xenu is an evil alien overlord that had aliens frozen and then dropped from B-52 bombers into earth volcanoes and the escaping alien ghosts were captured by intergalactic soul suckers and were forced to watch terrible movies and then the alien ghosts went into human host bodies who somehow passed down genetic alien ghost information down to their children and that totally explains why mankind has psychological problems. Now maybe it's just me... but most ethical people I know would call that BS or something much more harsh.

Actually, most of them don't know that they believe all that crazy crap, they don't find out about it until they've spend tens of thousands of dollars and been brainwashed for years. The only real belief of the organization is that the mentally ill make for easy money.
