Actually, I remembered why they couldn't send back one of those big-ass harvesters. I thought for a minute "Yeah, why DIDN'T they do that?" and the answer, story-wise, came to me. I won't say what it is, because I don't want to be THAT guy. Just think back to the first movie, and some of the rules that were established there.

I've watched this about five times in a row now. Not quite a 10, but very good. Of the last three releases (PA being the most recent), it's definitely my favorite.

I was under the (possibly mistaken) impression Christian Bale was supposed to be a good actor. He is absolutely terrible in this movie! Literally everyone else is better than him. Except maybe Michael Ironside. But he's simultaneously awesome and awful in everything he's in. Christian Bale was just awful.

Maybe it's more the director, I don't know. To his credit (McG's that is), I thought this was far better than Charlie's Angels: Full Throtle.

OK, but not great. The movie itself probably killed a lot of my enjoyment. May enjoy it more if I ever watch it again.

Preferred T3 for sure.
