Here is the tally thread.  Although, after Rossy's post I should REFUSE! 

1. Am I correct in assuming it was released in the year 2000 or later? No.
2. Before 1990? Yes.
3. Can it be considered sci-fi? No.
4. Did it get made in 1980 or later? Yes.
5. Enquiring minds want to know if first letter of the title begin with the letter "M" or later in the alphabet, not including the usual a, an, the, etc? Yes.
6. For the next rifftrax will we be watching an action film? Yes.
7. Gary Busey isn't in this, is he?  No.
8. Has Mike riffed on any of the actors in this film? Yes.
9. Is it from after 1985?  Yes.
10. J-proof, does the title come before the letter S? Yes.
11. Killers of bad posters, is it set in present day (for the time anyway)? Yes.
12. Let us know, was it made after 1987? No.
13. Might it be part of a series? No.
14. Not rated pg or r? No.
15. Over the Top, is that the next movie?

and the answer was YES so it's Over the Top, Stalloney goodness.

I think it's one of these three:

Over the Top: Stallone arm-wrestling movie with Terry Funk (who was in Road House)
Next of Kin: has Swayze
Red Heat: Arnold and Jim Belushi! It has Laurence Fishburne from The Matrix in it.

Any other ideas?
