Downloaded it.  :highfive:
Watched it. ;D

Very funny!   reminded me of a season 3 MST .......Only problem I have is the flubbed riffs, there is probably 10(out of 500+jokes) or more and they are distracting.....so I wouldn't mind a 'cleaned up' studio DVD.

Other then the flubs...I didn't miss the silhouettes.

I'll definitely buy more of these!

Good job CT!

Twitter update from Josh, this sounds promising!

"Off to try and finish post-production on our next Cinematic Titanic release today.  Still some steps after that but it's coming soon".

Yeah.  I loved East Meets Watts, but I definitely prefer the studio DVDs...  I saw Danger on Tiki Island LIVE in Atlanta, and I want a studio copy of that one, since I've already experienced the LIVE CT treatment of that one.  I'm glad that Alien Factor is next.  I can live with them "sprinkling" a LIVE versions in here and there, but I'd like for them to primarily do studio releases.  Fingers crossed!

Joel mentioned that in his blog on the CT page...  Here's the actual quote:

Quote"The Alien Factor" which is coming out next month; and then, "Danger on Tiki Island"

I can't wait for these!  Hoorah!

Based on all the info I've heard (actually we all have heard), it sounds like these will be live as well 8)

I must have missed something.  Where was it confirmed that Alien Factor would definitely be a LIVE release?

There's Nothing Confirmed either way (Live or Studio DVD) to my knowledge..
This is based on previous Joel comments sometime back that they were gonna be doing just Live DVDs from now on or for the foreseeable future (posted on the CT website er something.. I can't remember)

Oh, I gotcha.  I really wish they would alternate between LIVE and studio releases.  I guess it is more expensive for them to do the studio DVDs, but alternating would definitely satisfy a wider group.  I loved East Meets Watts, even though initially I was mad as hell that they were doing a LIVE release of it...  but I think if this is the way they are going to do them, the audience (which is my main complaint, because it comes off as a laugh track, even though it is a real live audience) is going to get old after a while.  It didn't bother me too much, except when certain people in the audience found something far funnier than I did and laughed for way too long.  It just seems out of place.  Oh well...  Just my opinion...  I'll still foolishly plunk my money down on whatever they release, because I'm a dorky fan geek punk jerk weirdo...
