Well only 2 of the original Star Wars have been riffed, they still need to do Return. I'd go with A New Hope, just because it's easier to sit through than Twilight.

Also I forgot, I read the FAQ but I still dont really understand. How am I supposed to watch a movie with a rifftrax on my TV?

Well, the first suggestion is always: Buy Rifftrax for the titles you already own. Those are always the best to start with as they require little extra expense, just the Rifftrax cost.

Of the three that you have listed, Twilight is far and away the best of the three, followed by Star Wars then Empire.

As for how to listen to them, there are three methods:
1) Be insane, like many of us here, and create a physical DVD with the Rifftrax already synched with the Movie. This is a tad difficult , a tad illegal, and may not be a good choice for everyone.

2) Copy the Rifftrax MP3 to a CD and play it on an CD player while watching, following the instructions in the rifftrax to synch it. This should probably be a player that plays MP3s, due to the length of most Rifftrax.

3) Copy the Rifftrax MP3 to a MP3 player, and play it along while watching the DVD, following the instructions in the Rifftrax to synch it. This is pretty easy, but it's something that generally can only be done solo. Unless you have a dock or speakers or something similar.

You could also watch it on a computer, with one program playing the movie and another playing the trax, but that's not quite what you're looking for.

Otherwise, you might want to try some of the commercially available Rifftrax DVDs, which are available at many retailers and Netflix for easy TV viewing.

And I'd recommend 300, Episode I and Fantastic Four as good riffs to get around to. But try twilight first. It's very entertaining.
