You might have to count Greg Sestro as a fan....and Chloe Lietzke.  She wrote the Plot Summary for it on IMDB, for god's sake.

Tank Girl is hilarious.  Especially when you imagine Lori Petty as her character from A League Of Their Own instead of Tank Girl, trying to be all badass.

My friend's wife likes it.  She also once said that she doesn't like any stand-up comedians because "it's like they're trying too hard to be funny."  When prompted to name one good comedian, she made an exception for Larry the Cable Guy.    So that's one person.
