Well, I don't remember THAT being in there, but overall it's the one where Kirk and McCoy get sent to the prison planet because they get framed for murder in the middle of Peace Talks with the Klingons.  Spock has to play Sherlock Holmes while Kirk cosies up to a shapeshifter and kicks some guy in the knee-nuts.

I think that's actually The Final Frontier, when they're in Paradise City and there's a cat woman stripper-thing walking around on the bar dancing~ Part Six is actually pretty good...
