Film Crew DVD Street Dates

[MrTorso]

Here are the street dates and UPC info for the Film Crew releases. Once they hit retailers (I'll post links when they do) everyone should pre-order them. Studios always look to the pre-order numbers when deciding to release more. And first week sales are usually all they care about. I am not sure which (if any) retailers have the most clout, but I know Amazon works closely with studios and they are probably the biggest.

Sweet! thanks much for the heads up, Torso...

[mrbasehart]

Awesome.  Do any of the mods know if there's going to be anything else on these discs? Will we be able to watch the film sans commentary, for example?

[torgosPizza]

Not sure, I can check with Mike but I'm not sure he'll even know. We might all find out like the rest of the world.

Personally I can't wait! I will definitely be buying copies of each, to let Shout! Factory know "We like!"

[SaucyRossy]

I can't wait either, should be great. Thanks Torso for the info! Torgos while your at it can you ask Mike if they filmed any segments ala the Showtime stuff to be shown before and or after the movie?

[BathTub]

Geez they really got pushed back.

[MrTorso]

I forgot that DeepDiscount already has Hollywood After Dark up for pre-order so I amended the first post to reflect that. When the retailers update their sites I'll provide the links.

[puuuma]

Sweet! Thanks so much for the heads up. I'll be pre-ordering these very soon

[Qrusher14242]

awesme! Didnt know the 2nd disc was going to be released so soon after the first one. Cant wait!

[Bob]

Both are on Amazon.com for pre-order at $13.99 each.

My orders have just been placed!   Summer will be nice after all.

Excellent! I've just done the same.  $41??? Dang postage costs...

[MrTorso]

I either missed them last night or they updated today. I got the Amazon links there. Tell your friends!!

[Variety of Cells]

Pre ordering complete.  I love amazon gift certificates.  It's the best gift, as far as thoughtless gifts go.

[MrTorso]

Amazon has raised the price to $17.99. Which kind of stinks. I assume if you already pre-ordered it at the cheap price you will get it at that. The sales ranks are also really silly too. Started in the 20 thousands then went way up then down to 30 thousand. Really silly.  Deepdiscount si the cheapest so far. I'll add more retailers as soon as I find them.

These DVDs aren't listed in dvdaficionado.com yet, so I put a request into them to list the DVDs.  The UPCs are critical for them to list something, so thanks MrTorso!
