Thats funny, because when I read your response the first thing that popped into my head was that turtle creature from Never Ending Story.

I use photobucket for all my pics, there shouldn't be a blocking problem.  photobucket provides a url for posting in forums like this, just copy and paste the url that has the {img} tag.

yup just tried, photobucket is blocked lol.  The military is weird.  I think we arent even supposed to be posting on these threads at work.  Luckily they havent figured this one out.

In point of fact Photobucket account give  you three ways to share/display your images. a URL tag, an HTML tag and an IMG tag.  In fact now all you have to do is just left click on which of the three you want, just once and it gets copied, just as though you'd done a 'cut & paste'.  It's that simple......
