Cannot purchase any RiffTrax.

Hello,

I'm not able to buy anything from RiffTrax.com because Authorize.net refuses my Visa card (or at least, gives me this error: "We were unable to process your credit card payment. Please verify your card details and try again. If the problem persists, contact us to complete your order."), despite the fact that I've used the same card to purchase RiffTrax before, and haven't had any issues with any other on-line or off-line transactions. Granted, the first time I bought a few shorts from this site, it malfunctioned and I ended up buying the same tracks twice, and had to have one refunded.

I've tried contacting RiffTrax support via e-mail -- I was told it will "probably work now" after a few back-and-forth messages, but that's not the case, and I haven't received a response from support yet after 3 weeks.

Any suggestions?

Hmm, can you email me at erik@rifftrax.com? We've had another user with a similar issue. I want to verify that it's actually authorize.net causing the issue and not our site. Please provide me with a couple of your purchases (Order numbers) that have worked in the past, and the name used on the card. The last 4 digits of the card number would also be helpful.

I've contacted the people in charge and it turns out the minimum that I can purchase online with this card is $1.00 -- that's why it worked when I bought two simultaneously.
