So am I the only one who finds her actually attractive? Then again, I don't like stick women.

Thrifty

Well, I can find a woman with a few extra pounds sexier than an emaciated supermodel type.  Obviously there's a difference between "a few extra pounds" and "hideous fucking hippo".

Anyway, Juliette still wasn't good looking.

YOU'RE TEARING ME APART goflyblind!!!!!

Dr. Whopoopeepee

I think "Brittney Spears' bloated corpse" says it all.

mrbasehart

I wouldn't say she was "movie star" attractive, but IRL? Perfectly fine.

Steve-O

Seems like she cleans up pretty nice.

doggans

Yeah, she's definitely not that ugly...but every dude in the movie falling in love with her is a stretch.

Trumpysgirl

I don't think that she's quite the hippo that everyone says she is. From the look of that picture she seems to be at a very healthy weight. She's just not Hollywood skinny and everyone is freaking out.
Dammit, Maverick! Why don't you play by the rules?!

"Joel, what's a Harringway?"
"About a pound."

I never actually said she was a hippo, and I don't think anyone else is.  My post's construction might have been a little misleading.

I was mentioning that for a reason pretty unrelated to this topic.  It's okay to feel good about yourself if you're a little heavier than a rail thin supermodel or Hollywood starlet.  It's not okay to be, say, 50 pounds overweight and approaching the form of amoprhous blob, then claim that it's Hollywood's fault men don't find you attractive.  I see that all the time.

Actually, Thrifty, I hadn't read your post when I replied. I had no idea you had used that exact same word.

No, I've heard of her being called a hippo in other places. It just shows how truly cruel people can be when it comes to the weight of others, even a healthy weight. If I had a role model for this type of thing, it would Kate Winslet, because she actually looks good and isn't starving herself.

Women have to stop starving themselves past the point of hotness.
Seriously, The Onion can be linked to for just about everything. There really should be an internet law about that.
