I was raised on MST3K and was digging around on wiki while trying to get my girlfriend into the show (a success) and found the rifftrax link. Much bliss ensued, it felt like being a kid again!

I found out from Netflix! Some of the DVDs are available through Netflix and I was looking for MST3K movies when some RiffTrax movies showed up. I was really excited to see that the MST3K guys are still at it! I was/am a huge fan of MST3K but I didn't know that there was even a website still out there for fans. I guess I thought it was just gone except for DVDs and my memories. I'm thrilled by the new source of riffed movies and when I found out from my sister about the live Plan 9 event, we got tickets asap. It was great!

Hello!  I am surelaffsalot, and this is my first post to your forum.  I have to say my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed last night's special!  Thanks to all involved!!

We have been fans since MST 3000.  I ran across information about RiffTrax from another forum when I brought up my nostalgia for MST 3000.  I was happy to find other people like me who loved it as much as I do.  I was even happier to find out that my love for it can live on with RiffTrax!  I look forward to exploring RiffTrax more and becoming more involved.  I am from the Midwest, but when I went to put my little dot on the  map, it said both my email addresses were already being used, so if you are pretending to be me, stop spamming me,

Well, perhaps we got off on the wrong foot.  I was really not trying to sound like a jerk here, just wondering why everywhere I go lately, my husband's and my separate emails have been hijacked.  This one says that 2 of mine have been here somewhere.  Maybe I came off a bit bold, but that was what the smilies were for, to soften it, or so I thought.  So I could say some smart remark regarding what you said, however I was not looking for a fight.  If you would like to escalate it into one, I did not have that on my adjenda for my first day here.

Just be forewarned.  Apparently there is a lot of identity theft happening as of late.  I thought I would make it known so everyone could be more prepared so the same doesn't happen to them.

I read an interview with Kevin Murphy at quickstopentertainment.com and Riff Trax was mentioned. Actually, I didn't read the interview with Kevin Murphy. What I mean is.....I didn't want to give the impression that we read the interview together. I've never even met Kevin Murphy let alone read anything with him. I'm not even sure how that would work. I suppose we could alternate paragraphs. It just seems like more trouble than it's worth, you know?

Ken Plume interviewed Kevin Murphy and I read the interview alone. I didn't check out Riff Trax right away but made a mental note to do so in the future. While waiting for the technological advances that would make time travel possible, I had completely forgotten about Riff Trax. But a recent Google search for Debbie Gibson's influence on early Sumerian Architecture yielded a link to the Riff Trax web site. I decided that now was the time to investigate. And the rest is history.......assuming you're reading this from the future.

Watched MST3K when it was shown in the UK on the Sci Fi channel, had a nostalgia buzz recently and grabbed a few of the episodes floating around on the internet and at some point came across the Rifftrax name.
