September 2nd in Davenport, Iowa

Very, very enjoyable! Our theater had maybe a dozen people. I wish more had shown up, but it sounded like those who did attend enjoyed themselves immensely. It seems that a couple people were new to the movie, as well, and laughed throughout.

My thanks to everyone involved, even Lowtax for those gawdawful "commercials."

Can't wait for the next RiffTrax Live event.

I wonder if the theater might have gotten in a few stragglers if they had put the title of the movie up on their marquee.   I didn't even see Rifftrax on the board when I was driving in.
Also not sure why the program still had those few interruptions/cutouts during the short subject.

But it was a great program even though I'd already watched the Legends DVD and the Rifftrax Player version several times.

I don't know if you heard me, but I was the guy who said "Oh crap" when the first dropout occurred. And yeah, it would've helped if they had put RiffTrax on the marquee *and* if they had run ads for it. Maybe next time. (Of course, next time I'm hoping the chain picks up the event LIVE.)
