I don't know who RiffTrax publicist is, but have they considered hitting up the talk show panels?  It's not too hard to imagine Mike, Kevin & Bill showing up all together like on Conan (can you imagine the bliss [/drool]); it's certainly novel enough.  Even if they could show up on Craig Ferguson, Jimmy Fallon... even "The View" for cryin' out loud, it'd be an excellent way to get the word out.  I mean if the guy who wrote StuffWhitePeopleLike.com can go from obscurity to late night in 6 months, I think RiffTrax is long overdue.  Btw, my best guess is that Jimmy Kimmel would be a huge supporter.  He has internet celebrities come on pretty often (but what am I sayin'?  The MST3k background alone bumps RiffTrax way beyond any internet celebrity).

Unfortunately that's not at all how it works.

It's a lot harder than just "hitting up" the talk show panels.

Really?  You can't just, um, call 'em?

Obviously I have no idea what it means to be a publicist.

I know for the musical segments, you hafta be discovered.  Considering the choices of some 2nd tier guests though, I guess I'm just imagining it's easier.  And that whole "who ya know" thing may have something to do with it to, huh?  Oh well.  Some day, right?  In the not too distant future?

Trumpysgirl

I was under the impression that the Late Night people have to want you to be on their shows, not the other way around.

Of course, I'm not a publicist either.
Dammit, Maverick! Why don't you play by the rules?!

"Joel, what's a Harringway?"

Perhaps you're right.  I think I may have embarrassed myself with how little I know here.  Should I just ask for this to be deleted... or perhaps we can steer this thread into something awesome!

I only like it when there's 3 of them and none are old enough to drive or vote.

MontyServo

I only like them when they drive around in a van with Max Keller and solve people's problems.

RoninFox

Sometimes the young trio of Ninjas is okay, but mainly when they fight washed up overrated wrestlers with bad haircuts.

I like them the most when they are Thermonuclear Ninja Assassins.

TNA FTW!

(this would really be better if I had actually gotten around to designing that logo, eh Ross?)

Although I realize it's unlikely, I'd love to see all three or even one of the guys on Craig Ferguson's show. I have a feeling they'd get along. Heck, Carrot Top was on the show recently. I'd like to think the Rifftrax crew has just as good a chance to be on Craig's show as Carrot Top.

Oh, and um....ninjas are neat.

Pak-Man

You know what they say: If you can't get Rifftrax on Conan O'Brien, Bring Conan O'Brien to Rifftrax!

They do say that, right? :^)

AmandaGal

Maybe we could annoy Conan O'Brian's team enough to ask the guys on :)

I'm sending them a fax of my buttocks right this second with "RIFFTRAX" written across it.
