I have downloaded The Good Health practices short twice and it doesn't have

any sound at all.  Any idea what is up?

The MP4 file.  Sorry to have bothered you but I restarted my computer a couple of times and redownloaded the file and now it plays fine.  Not sure what happened there.  Sorry.
