Doctor Who?

I learned that you should always drive around with as many guns as possible, just in case of invasion.

I also learned that dear blood is perfectly safe to drink.

OmegaR!

I learned that oranges are death traps

ESPECIALLY when you squeeze them over Swayze's head

Hey, welcome to Texas!

Was the movie set in Texas?  I can;t remember what state it was in but it didn't look like Texas to me.

I was referring to all the people in Texas with concealed hand gun licenses and assorted shot guns and rifles.

Well driving around with lots of guns is a fun time regardless, but remember they got those at the store.  There was only the revolver in the glove compartment.

Doctor Who?

I could have sworn there were some guns on rack in the back of the cab too.

Tony Farms AKA Puma Man

I learned that hundreds of commies are no match for a handful of plucky teenagers.

Vidken

I learned there's no such thing as blast overpressure by sitting 6 feet beneath a firing tank barrel.

I learned that RPG-7's apparently work well enough as anti-air missiles that an untrained teenager has no issue sniping a moving "Hind" with one.

I learned that the Russians dressed up SA 330 Pumas as Hinds until they could have real Hinds built.

I learned that the Russians have about as much luck invading the US during winter months as other countries had invading Russia in the winter months.

MST3Kgirl

I learned that ear protection is not needed when a tank shoots a couple feet above your head.

A powder blue jacket worn by Jennifer Gray brings on apocalypse.

Commies can fly through American airspace undetected and attack Colorado pretty easily.

Commies attack high schools first.

Subtitles are underrated, just make them talk slow and you can just make the audience figure it out. 5 minutes of "Russian" war meetings with no hint of what they are saying = gold.

1984 Colorado had no hair brushes.

Apparently prison camps have less  security than a metropolitan zoo.

Two friends wearing the exact same coat portrays an unspeakable bond that cannot be questioned.

Wearing a Star Wars cap with the lid flipped up takes away some of the nerdiness.
