It was mentioned in the 20 Q's thread to monitor the sales rank of Troll 2 to see what happens when the Rifftrax is released. I am curious to see what happens so I started this thread to watch.

I wonder how many DVDs that rise represents?  Nice to see that interest was sparked though.

I don't know. When I pulled the first one Amazon only had 1 left. Now the only way to get it is from Marketplace Sellers.

Probably because of the 6-11 day wait, since they evidently sold out their entire stock of Troll 2.  So much like the actual movie Troll 2, there are no Trolls anywhere to be seen in the Amazon.com warehouse.

It would be neat to know (but probably impossible) how much RiffTrax has increased in the DVD sales of all the movies they've riffed on.

Alright the Amazon sales ranks are a joke. 12 hours ago Troll was sitting in the three thousands with 46 available from Marketplace Sellers. None available from Amazon directly. Now it is 1313 with none available from Amazon and 46 still available from Marketplace sellers. How does that work??

how often is it updated? And on what info? This could just be the jump from sales over the last week. Maybe it's a 2 week rolling average or something.
