What do I do after I finished creating my iriff track using Sony Vegas 8.0?

Hello everyone! My name is Robert and I have been an avid MST3K fan for years and I'm now trying to create my first iriff.
I have finally figured out how to successfully import a DVD into Sony Vegas and how to record a riff track while the DVD is
playing. My question is what do I do after this? Do I have to run it through some other programs to make sure everything is
in sync or do I have to make sure that the iriff is in a specific format before I attempt to upload it onto this website?
If anyone could give me a detailed step-by-step sort of method, I would greatly appreciate it. I feel that my iriff is very funny,
I just wish I knew more about the technical side to creating one.  ;)

It's under "File --> Render As" and then you pick what format you want.

If I recall correctly, if you want to render it straight to DVD you have to use DVD architect.  It's been a while since I busted out Vegas though.
mike5150 how tall are you?.....in gallons?

Yeah export the sound file with your riffs to MP3, then I'd recommend playing it again along with the DVD to make sure that nothing got out of synch. Then just upload it and  you're good to go.

Well since I don't have Architect and don't want to bother with it...I will just export my riff track as an mp3. Will I just be exporting the riff track as an mp3 completely separate from the video file? I'm trying to figure out a way to connect my riff track with the video file and somehow save it all as one big file and then just upload the audio and the video in just one go...is this possible?

Well are you uploading a short or a feature length film?  If it's a public domain short, then yes, you should combine the video and audio into one file.

If its a standard riffing though, then you just want to upload the MP3 file since uploading the video file will result in a bit of legal troubles. Just include some synch lines and start time instructions like they do on the official releases and let the listener queue it up on their own.
