serious order problem

I have attempted  to order 2 riff trax with a debit card and each time I recieved a message saying the card could not be processed I checked the info and tried again several times for both orders. I then called the card company to learn my card has been charged many times for both orders leaving my card in debt.I still cannot download any of the orders. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

We've just responded through email. It's easier to correspond that way.

FYI I'm sure the charges to your card are just temporary holds that will be lifted in a day or two. Besides that I'll have to look at your account to see if I can find any issue with what's going on.

FYI This appears to be an issue at our payment gateway and not our cart. We won't be able to know exactly what the issue is until Monday when we will see the charges show up as "declined" (This always takes one business day). Until then you might consider buying your tracks with PayPal.

We'll keep this thread updated if we are able to make any changes to how our payment gateway handles requests.
