Purchased download won't open

I just purchased the Rifftrax player version of Star Wars: A New Hope and when I try to download it to the player it gives me the following message:

An exception was raised on the server: Access violation at address 004048B6 in module 'ComX.exe'. Read of address 000FAFE9.

I have no idea what this means. I had no problems with my first Riff. The player is the only way I have of using the riff, so if I can't get it to work I'm in trouble? Anyone have this problem?

You should be able to cancel that message and still play the file. Does that not work?
