Speaking of Netflix, has anyone at Rifftrax thought about a cross promotion with Netflix?  Rifftrax could provide a Netflix link on each Riff page and other Netflix advertising on the website, and Netflix could put a "This movie is better with Rifftrax" link button on each specific movie's Netflix page.

Probably not something that could happen right away, unless Netflix buys Legend Films or something.

Anyway, I stoked to see Troll 2 riffed.  Bring it on, I say!

So, I watched several minutes of this movie on Youtube, and it reminds me kind of as a cross between Werewolf and Hobgoblins.  Which means nothing short of complete and utter PAIN.

Question about Troll 2 (as I prepare to shell out 10 bucks for it):

Will I be able to enjoy Troll 2 without seeing Troll 1? I mean, I don't want to be lost when it comes to important backstory, motivations, character arcs, etc. Is this going to be like going into Godfather 2 without seeing Godfather 1?

^, you'll be fine.  Troll 2 has NOTHING to do with Troll 1.  Troll 3 has nothing to do with Troll 1 or 2.  They're all unrelated... the only movie to even HAVE Trolls is the first one.  Troll 2 has goblins, Troll 3 has slime things.  But yeah, don't let the "2" get ya.
