10. Spider-Man
The lame acting in Uncle Ben's death scene never fails to make me laugh.
9. SWAT
The riff in Daredevil reminded me of this stupid film.  It'd be a good followup.
8. Zoolander
I was actually forced to watch this during a school break one day.  I don't think I've ever been happier to hear a school bell ring.  Ben Stiller playing an even bigger idiot and all the godawful 80's songs thrown in just made it even more painful.
7. Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!  Do I need to say more?  Besides, we still need a prequel that actually has Hayden.
6. Die Another Day
Invisible cars, evil Englishmen who are actually Korean criminals bent on world domination, and surfing secret agents.  If that doesn't make a Bond film worthy of a Rifftrax, I don't know what well.
5. Any of the Mission Impossible movies
Tom Cruise.  Tom Cruise.  And Tom Cruise.  Take your pick.
4. Batman Begins
Christian Bale's "chainsmoker" Batman voice would make a riffing quite entertaining.
3. Super Mario Bros.
We need a Dennis Hopper movie here somewhere, so why shouldn't it be the film that deficates the most beloved video game character of all time?
2. Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Before the TV show with the Grudge girl, before the spinoff with the guy from Bones, we had this interesting little film that starred Kirsty Swanson, best known for her moving performances in films such as Dude, Where's My Car and Hot Shots.  I don't need much more explanation here.

And speaking of movies with John Cryer, the no. 1 movie I'd love to see have a Rifftrax is.....

1.  Superman IV: The Quest for Peace

I actually hate the original two "classics" far more, but the last of the Christopher Reeve movies is so incredibly cheesy and ridiculous, it'd be perfect material!  And since it was recently released on DVD only a few months ago, it's pretty easy to pick up!  What's not to make fun of?  There's the laughably low budget, from the visible strings in all the flying scenes to the cheap stock footage, the fact that the film blatantly rips off scenes and lines from the first two Superman films, hilarious inconsistencies like Lex Luthor cutting a piece of Superman's hair with a regular pair of scissors, Superman speaking in Italian and Russian, the villain who looks like a reject from the Masters of the Universe movie, and John Cryer with a mohawk.  Sounds like a winner to me.

If any of your top 10 winds up actually getting a Rifftrax, bold the title!

UPDATE: After waiting about nearly 3/4 of a year, not one but two of my top 10 most wanted finally get commentaries!  Now I'm hoping Mike and co. will eventually do some DC movies too.... Nuclear Man really needs it coming!

riff 10, eh? this should be simple enough...
10: Black Dahlia
*the charm of a colonoscopy with the plot continuity of a Rodger Corman flm*
  9: Open Water
*thrill-a minute suspence cavlecade on par with the opening driving scene of Manos-The Hands Of Fate*
  8: Bhram Stoker's Dracula
*or any other film where Anthony Hopkins scrumps someones leg*
  7: The Fugitive
    *outhouse...doghouse...wafflehouse...coffeehouse...bauhaus...the possibilities are endless!*
  6: saw
*i think DisembAudio would enjoy this one with all the evil disembodied voice and all*
  5: the Wizard of Oz
*this falls under 'why the hell not?'*
  4: clerks 2
*or any Kevin Smith movie for that matter...except jersy girl...i am merciful.*
  3: queen of the damned
*the special effects leave something to be desired...like skill*
  2: Krull
    *have you seen krull...?*

and the one movie i wild currently line to see riffed the most...

  1: Snakes On A Plane
*somewhere in the grand esoteric cosmos, i beleive that their exists a higher and nigh-incomprehensible form of natural order. to whit, i beleive that Muthaphukkin' snakes on a muthaphukkin' plane and rifftrax were each set in motion by a conspiring astral force to compliment one another. Mystery science theatre 3000? pulp fiction? mere vehicles, my good friend; vectors by which the possibility of snakes and rifftrax were made actual and co-existant. a rifftrak for snakes on a plane would, in my humble perspective, complete the natural cycle of human endevor.*

this list no longer matters to me now that i got my revenge with crossroads AND battlefield earth.  You throw countrytime bears jamboree into that mix and i can officially erase my ex girlfriend from my mind forever.

edit: i guess blue crush would have to go on the list as well.

Krull.... wow... what a freakin great movie... Well, not great by any of the standard measures... just another movie with that undeniable "RoadHouse"-esque quality that doesn't let you flip the channel. I had to watch until the end, no matter where I picked up on it while channel surfing. It had a seemingly endless HBO run in the mid 80s and while I've probably only seen it start to finish a couple of times... I saw at least 20-30 partial viewings. Rewatchability is sorely underappreciated nowadays.

It will never, ever happen... but I wish it would as to have a worthy excuse to buy the Krull DVD.

Wow! The little mermaid! Great idea. I remember being so annoyed with all those sickeningly sweet Disney pictures that were released in the late 80's and early 90's... ick... horrid films... How about Aladdin too?

Making fun of Arabs! What could go wrong!

Hey that's not what I meant and you know it. The film as I see it carries a lot of
the common Arab stereotypes, which it needs to be blasted for as far as I'm
concerned... but if this movie dances too close to that line, how about the Lion
King? I don't think Lions have been getting riffed a lot lately, maybe it's about time.
