I cannot wait for the next HP installments either.  I need to get the LOTR riffs, but my copies are the extended special edition ones, so it means I need to rent the regular versions.
A side note with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Robert Pattinson (Twilight) appears as Cedric .  If Twilight is next, maybe Goblet of Fire won't be long after.

Actually, I figure that if they do "Twilight" first it would lead to a lot of Cedric / Edward inter movie riffs for the 4th movie.  As an aside I thought Cedric was a "nancy-boy, paunce"  when I read GoF for the first time anyway, so I'd love to listen to Mike and the Boys give him a dressing down.

You can usually pick up the LOTR theatrical cuts for less than the price of a rental on Amazon, that's where I got mine when I was in the same spot.

Yeah no doubt.  I got the first DVD at a used book/DVD store for 2 bucks and the second one for 3 bucks.  They're really cheap if you look around.

Maybe finish the X-Men trilogy in anticipation of X-Men Origins: Wolverine?

I'm eagerly waiting the Lord of the Rings Trilogy on Rifftrax. Just got done with the prequel trilogy... (hilariously terrible!) and looking for more. Wondering what rifftrax will be like for "good" movies.

I personally don't think Quantum of Solace would be a very good movie to riff on.  There are way too many extended action scenes without a lot to riff off of.  The nigh interminable space combat scene from Invasion of the Neptune Men is a good example of how hard it is to riff on scenes like that.

did we see the same movie? i dont recall very much action in that movie other than that excuse for a car chase in the beginning  :rimshot:
