Where have I been?!

[deadite]

How is it that a former MST3k junkie and internet addict could miss out on something like this for so long? It defies all logic!

So, um, hi! I haven't bought any Rifftrax yet, but I am literally seconds away from browsing the archive and picking out my first one. Any suggestions?

daredevil and firewall have been received really well

I really liked the crossroads, roadhouse and star wars ones the best.

I would say roadhouse personally just to get into the swing.

Welcome!

Star Trek, The Matrix, Daredevil, have fun!

Picking a movie you've personally seen and like (Or hate) is always a good choice. If you want to see Mike riff something he likes, try Lord of the Rings. If you want to see a really putrid movie get riffed, try Dr. Moreau or Crossroads. If you want to hear the gang all together again, get Daredevil. My PERSONAL favorite is The Matrix. :^)

Welcome!

I always make my friends submit to Roadhouse as their first Rifftrax. Maybe because it was the first, i don't know. But it's still probably my favorite, and it's always received well by newbies~

Well I'll take it as a good sign that pretty much the whole catalog has been suggested.

Thanks for the welcome...

Yes, they are all wonderful... my first was Top Gun, great stuff, well except for all that homo-eroticism in the volleyball game and stuff... but yes, you can't go wrong with any of them.

Don't you feel stupid finding out this was all going on right under your nose and you didn't even KNOW about it ?

I felt stupid... but simultaneously overjoyed

[SaucyRossy]

They are all great but my top three traxs are:
1. Daredevil
2. Roadhouse
3. Star Wars

There's a tread somewhere (here: http://www.rifftrax.com/smf/index.php?topic=1461.0 ) about favorite tracks.

The thread was started back before Daredevil and a few others though so judge accordingly!

I absolutely agree 100% with these choices.

If you don't mind reading reviews before you check 'em out, then you can always check out the 'Individual' tracks of this forum. People write their thoughts on the trax.

I also have a fan page with some short reviews you can check out:

btw, WELCOME!
