I enjoyed the DVD of course, I can't get enough of this stuff, but please, why no Kevin Murphy or Bill Corbett on this one? If you're gonna do it up and sell a dvd, throw me a bone please! I was also very let down by the fact that this was not even really a Three Stooges movie, just some slop with the stooges hidden underneath it! Man, I really do hate the way people talked back then.....

Overall, I gave it a 7, but still a worthy addition to my collection! Won't be putting back in for a bit though.....

I think doing a series of stooges movies was the original plan, but got axed or something. My guess is that swing parade was an "inprogress" legend films that was started before rifftrax, then put on hold.

Just got my DVD yesterday. The autograph is worth the admission. :-D

As for the riff, it was alright. Pretty funny in a few parts. Kinda dragged in others. I can definitely see how Bill and Kevin might have helped. After watching Daredevil, missing those two made it feel kinda lonely.

7/10

Great movie, great DVD. Legend did a great job with it. 8)

Phonie Cronies was awful.  The Stooges cartoon was terrible.  Swing Parade was rubbish.  Mike's commentary for Swing Parade was good!

Honestly, I had a hard time getting through this one. Very low key and not all that funny. I doubt I will ever watch it again.

I guess I've been spoiled by the 'real Rifftrax', and these Legends releases just don't cut it for me.

I thought it was quite good.  I'll probably watch it again soon.  I really like old, super cheesy films though.  The ridiculous costumes, the deep glances into the camera, who can resist?

I have to say that for me, it was pretty level throughout for the funny.  Honestly, I liked it better than any of the more recent rifftrax (I haven't see DD or BE though).  Maybe, even though it has the Stooges, this one is a chick flick?  :)

What he said.

Hmm. I didn't really care for this one. Mike's comments didn't seem to be as frequent or as funny as in other rifftrax movies. And the movie itself just wasn't very entertaining to me - with one exception. The kid at the end doing all the strange impressions while making a variety of fart sounds was rather funny in a crude kind of way.

The sound effects kid was hilarious, but what about the Stooges? They were great, weren't they?

This is one of my favorites.  Finally was able to stop playing it, over and over, long enough to reply.  I get "Don't Worry About Your Mule" stuck in my head often.  I think it is about the right balance, for me, of riffing, music, half-way decent acting, stooge antics ... and the mysterious "Windy" -- I wonder why he never made it big.
