BATTLEFIELD EARTH - COMING SOON!!!

[J-Proof]

THE NEXT RIFFTRAX WILL BE:

Release date: 1/26/07

[gammer]

Sweet sassy molassy!

Great work...looking forward to this one.

Now, if we can only get Troll2!!111!!!1!one!!, we'll be set.

[Pak-Man]

So this is it, right? One of the most requested movies (#2 in the riff rankings, wasn't it?) and all three riffers. Shouldn't the heavens open up and the entire Roundtable empty their bowels simultaneously?

And someone was just saying how we don't listen to the polls...?

Get the whole crew in on Batman and Robin while they're all together, and we'll never have any basis to complain about anything ever again. (At least _I_ won't, and you all know how I loves to complain! :^))

EDIT SO I DON'T DOUBLE-POST: Seriously, until they all do B&R, this is the holy grail of Riffing. Nothing previous (MST included) can compare. :^)

[Edward J Grug III]

Last night my girlfriend and I were talking about how we couldn't wait for this movie to be riffed!!

[SecretAgentSuperDragon]

Bring it on.

[PlayMSTie]

Oh cool!

(Pak-Man, substitute Waterworld for B&R, and I'm with you.  )

[Pak-Man]

Double Dragon for me, but the people have spoken. :^)

Speaking of, it's time for a new poll!

[Nunyerbiz]

Whoa... Battlefield Earth, done with the whole crew, getting released on my birthday!

I'm happier than a preschooler who just found a new corner of the sandbox to piss in!

Hey, not to complain, but I was a little disappointed to have the what movie was coming next spoiled for me on the main Coming Soon topic board.  I love the 20 questions, and I read through after they're over to try to guess myself.  This time, though, I found out the answer before I could do that.  Could you wait a day before posting what movie is coming next?

As for Battlefield Earth, really there is no better movie for Rifftrax.  When it came out originally, I saw it opening day.  It was unbelievably bad then, and I can't wait for Mike and the gang to eviscerate it.  Nice choice, guys!

I think it was because there were so many questions about Daredevil last time that this is how it will be in the future. The fact is that there are so many members here that dont post very often and they want a simple announcement thread... at least I think thats the reasoning

[mrbasehart]

I was lucky in that I completely missed the BATTLEFIELD EARTH topic title, so the answer was a surprise for me.

Why are the crew wearing Revolutionary/Civil War get-up? Was watching the movie really that hard?

[SecretAgentSuperDragon]

That's what she said.
