DVD Collection... and the DVD we're most embaressed to own

[Tony]

I actually have a copy of Brigadoon.

[THE QUEEN!!!]

I got a lot of DVDs I never get embarrassed by anything I buy so you tell me which I should be embarrassed by:

Well I'd be embarrassed to own a few like Kung Fu Hustle, Saw II, and the Fifth Element, except for Rifftrax reasons, but to each his own. Thank you for single handedly bailing out the film industry with all your purchases.

Assuming these are all purchases and not downloads and/or rips of rentals.

True. I'll see/own any number of movies for free.

I own Soggy Bottom USA, The Pirate Movie, and The Care Bears Movie

Thank you very much

I love Stephen Chow! If you didn't like Kung Fu Hustle stay very far away from his earlier work. KFH was his most accessible for westerners by a long shot.

Clicking on the ordered tab in my collection brings up the ones I have downloaded or are just bootlegs. Not very many that I have bothered to put into the database. The main list are all factory legit discs. I did pad the list a little with some of my RiffTrax discs but I haven't entered any since RT #18.

I think I have to dig up The Pirate Movie.....see if it's as bad as I remember it.

Got pulled into an advanced screening at a mall....I remember being numb as I left the theater.  They were at the door asking us what we thought.  All I remember was looking back at them and shaking my head.

I am forever tainted by the song "Pumpin' and Blowin'" (sung as a duet by Christie MacNichols and Christopher Atkins)

It's on YouTube in 12 parts....

Gotta love dance routines where the stars are looking at each other like, "Is this it? Is this right?"

I pity the fool who's embarrassed to own Kung Fu Hustle.
