There is a fair amount of wang, but it never focuses on it. You'll only really notice it if you keep your eyes fixated on the bottom half of the screen.

Yeah, the gore is pretty realistic. From bones popping out to blood-covered smoking skeletons and arm dismemberment, it's a fairly bloody movie. Still, it doesn't really happen at random, so one could still see the movie and just cover up when the blood is about to start flying.

A bit of a stretch to call it "realistic" violence when there's blue penis guys and flying owl ships on the screen. I mean, this movie was made for people who liked 300 and Sin City. It's not Saving Private Ryan.

The more over the top the violence is, the less realistic it is.
