I just made a car payment, having a Coke Zero, singing along with the Riverdales "Out of My Heart", and getting ready to make a comic book run/grocery shopping.

Watching 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and eating pork--the first time I ever cooked pork by myself, too.  It turned out pretty nice, so I'm quite thrilled.

I hope you cooked it properly.  That's the sort of stuff that gives you brain-worms of you don't.  Enjoy!  :)

Working on getting my 3 year old workers comp case transfered to a new (3rd) attorney after finding out my second attorney passed away last week..

Action Batch

Laundry. Lots and lots of laundry. Enough laundry to shake a stick at. I tried shaking a stick at my laundry; it didn't do itself. I'm gonna kick that Potter kids' butt for lying to me.

Right now I'm sitting on a bus that amtrak paid for that's going to take me to within two hours of my destination, hopefully within driving distance of someone willing to pick me up.

In other news, right now science is making a better tomato.

Be Careful... Remeber what happened the last time they tried improving the tomato

I wish we could find a better copy of San Fransisco International. I love that one and the audio is crap.

I was talking about the .avi, I'll go check out the DVD. Thanks :)

I accidentally shut my eyes last night at 9:30 while reading. So in return, I'm wide awake right now. I'm contemplating doing whatever cleaning my apartment is in need of at the moment, what I'll be making my grandmothers for breakfast this morning, and if I should play some Animal Crossing soon.

I have been waking up every night at 1am for the past two weeks.  I have no idea why.  Usually I go back to sleep within 15 minutes, but tonight was not one of those nights obviously, so I'm reading and deducing celebrity blind items and looking at some shelter websites because I'm thinking of getting a new cat.

I'm reading and trying to deduce what this means.

Sitting in an armchair, a pug at either side of me.  I'm catching up on my podcasts that I failed to watch yesterday (I have all political podcasts; I love it!) because I was hanging out with my feller.  Apart from my laptop (which is open to YouTube), I have the most recent Newsweek magazine (third inaugural issue in three weeks.  How many times can Obama be inaugurated?) and a bowl of ice cream, as well as a few bags of cough drops.

Incidentally?  Still sick.  Less "inability to breathe through my nose at all/without a high-pitched whine being emitted from my nostrils" and more "my throat feels like sandpaper."  So right here, right now?  I'm still recovering.

I'm working on income tax stuff (good thing cause I'm making $$$)..

Also researching a local car accident from last night where a Latino friend of one of our employees was killed last night while driving drunk..
He was only 20 years old.
We know the Mexican restaurant that served him the alcohol last night, so we look for a criminal investigation to follow against the restaurant..

...because the restaurant not only made him drink, but forced him to drive home?  It's sad, but it was his decision.
Yeah, South Carolina is Tough on Drunk Drivers; especially when they go after whom ever supplied the under age drinker..
