Make em laugh!

I saw this on television and finally found a clip on youtube.  If you were wondering about the Make em Laugh riff during the Neo Morpheus fight scene, watch this clip. This is nothing short of incredible.

If they remade "Singing in the Rain" today, that scene would involve 12 stuntmen, 6 wire stunts and 11 CGI shots.

I love Singin' in the Rain, so the "Make 'em laugh" riff was instantly familiar.  Donald O'Connor is brilliant in this scene and truly impressive.

Yeah, I'm not normally a musical person, but I have to admit I really enjoyed it. It's definitely leagues ahead of the crap that comes out of Hollyweird these days.
