I'm looking over some figures sent to me by email last night, worked up by my '3rd' mortgage broker for refinancing my house..
Because of my wife and I's combined debt, we have to come up with some money down for closing

BUT..
If we get this through, I'll drop from a 7 1/4% interest rate to a 5% (or less) and save over $800 per month by paying off some existing debt, and my house pymt will increase only $50 per month!

Just cleared out all my VHS movies and tapes, boxed them up and put them all in the attic to make way for all my RiffTrax'd DVDs..

Thought about relocating all my MST3k DVDs here as well but I'll just have to move them again in time as more RiffTrax's come out.. $:-\$

I'm getting slightly sicker.

In what could possibly be a related note, I'm also listening to Fox Radio, and am enjoying it a decent amount. (Although it is The Alan Colmes Show. Does that count, or should I might as well be listening to dead air or my pugs snoring beside me?)

Watching MST3K: The Movie on Cinemax after my 10-year-old turned it on and started laughing hysterically; answering emails; and looking for lodging and a rental car for a business trip to Kansas City (ooh...aahh...thrilling *sigh*) on the 1st of February while listening to the dog snore loudly again....

Actually, I broke down and started to call it Pibb Xtra to blend in better with the new trendy kids... "Mr. Pibb" was getting too outdated

Scanning documents for customers dependents for tax purposes, stressing more about my refi that's still delayed while Bank of America has closed 2 of my accounts that will more than likely drag my credit score down making it even More Difficult to do a refi on my house any time soon
