I'd have to go with "I used to F*** guys like you in prison" from road house.

Yeah.  Ditto.

I mean I agree with your opinion, not that I --

Darn.

The only things Lucas intends to be funny are the lines that NOBODY laughs at. All the ones that actually amuse people are ones that he was too stupid to realize sounded either retarded or innuendo-y.

So very true.

Lines?  Try whole films.

What is one of the Three Amigos doing in that film?   Whatever happened to Brian Benben - and can he stay there for all time?

Hey, I loved that film growing up and I still do. Granted, I never realized that it was Lucas' work but I don't think that would've stopped me. It just serves as proof that in rare moments Lucas can come up with good ideas that appeal to people. It's just his good choices/bad choices ratio that makes us all despise him.
Dammit, Maverick! Why don't you play by the rules?!

"Joel, what's a Harringway?"
"About a pound."

Everything Bill Paxton said in Aliens.

"He's gonna kill us MAN!"

It may be a little obscure, but I'd have to say the movie Pieces gives us several gems, but in particular:

"Bastard....Bastard!....BASTARD!!!"  - Delivered by Linda Day George with pauses, fist clenching, and shrieking.

And let's not forget Supergirl, and Fay Dunaway's great line:

"I can make the sky rain coconuts with pinpoint accuracy but I still can't control men's minds."

And then there's Zardoz:

"The gun is good...the penis is evil."

But the raining champ, in my opinion, comes from Elves:

"I want to know the connection between the Elves and the Nazis."

Fuck! If there was a connection, I'd sure as hell want to know too!

Pretty much everything that Nicholas Cage said in The Wicker Man, but there's always the classic:

"How did it get burned? HOW DID IT GET BUUUURRRRNNNNEEEDDD?????"

There's a line in ALIEN NATION, towards the end, when the female alien (the one who gets fresh with Caan) says to Terence Stamp "You killed Strader!  Nooooo!"  It's LOL funny.
