2.99 for a pretty new movie is way too cheap. are they just 10mn clips?

gammer

uhm...I can't tell if you are serious or joking.

2.99 is for the MP3 that you play along with your own DVD.

p.s. Welcome aboard!

You have to buy or rent the movie* and then buy the rifftrax too.  The rifftrax is an audio commentary to play along with the movie, like the audio commentary tracks on DVDs but separate.  It does not contain any video or audio from the movie. It's just Mike Nelson, any guest riffer and a magical toaster.

The rifftrax file contains information on how to make the movie and the separate audio track play at the same time codes so the riffs make sense.  When you do buy or rent the movie and buy the rifftrax, play the rifftrax first and then listen to Mr. Nelson and do what he says.

*If you already own the movie, you don't have to buy or rent it again.  You can play the one you already own  :D
mike5150 how tall are you?.....in gallons?

Official BBQ Platypus "Welcome to Insert Forum Name Here" Cookie-Cutter Form Letter:

Greetings, New Poster!  As of now, my feelings toward you are completely neutral! May they remain neutral or better for many a month, before you say something that annoys me slightly until about a week later when I forget about it! Then, may they remain neutral again!
Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

I hope I'm wrong but ---

someday some guy is going to wander on to this board and say wow this is really cool, I love these comedians, after reacquainting themselves with their favorite comedians through their new material this person will say, hey I'm bored I think I'll sign up for the Rifftrax message board...

What "Scott" is already taken?!? Son of a Bitch!!!

Hey all, I'm new here too. Long time lurker, first time poster. Luckily for you guys I'm kind of a computer nerd, so for me it wasn't too hard to figure out.

I look forward to poking my head in time to time, to see what's new in the world of rifftax!! Cheers!

I came here to kick ass and chew bubble gum. And I'm all out of gum.

Hello MC Alex,
as for that other guy, I'm convinced it had little to do with figuring out the concept and more to do with somehow wandering into a strange world of Mike Nelsons and Riffing... he shan't be back ;)

DJ Jazzy Trevor?

Li'l Fauntelroy?

(Sorry - I deleted the last post because it was stupid.  I thought of something better: MC Alex - the whitest white rapper in music history).

Personally, my favorite MC is Escher. :P

When I'm a famous rapper I will be known as R-Def. I got it from the button on my dashboard.

How does this work?

Well, first you write a 900 page dissertation on the application of quantum physics to the measurement of light particles inherent in a typical solar flare, then you calculate the distance from the earth to the nearest neutron star, subtract that from the connotated gross national product, taking into account the direction you are facing, and then use a second-order hyperbolic partial difference equation to determine what role dark matter plays in the proliferation of anti-matter death rays.

Everybody knows that!!

p.s. I watch NUMB3RS a lot   ;)
