I love the Stooges...  This will look nice to my other Legend Stooges DVDs.  Kudos on cranking out more colorized classics!

MODS:  You gotta admit the "Is it in color question" was a bit misleading since YOU GUYS were the ones that colorized it. ;)

Hey, like we say, if you don't want misleading answers, don't ask misinterpretable questions!  "Was it originally shot in color?" or "Has it been colorized?" both would work better...in the future.  I mean it says right there on the cover, "In Color"

The DVDs for sale on RiffTrax.com and Legend Films website are autographed as well, we should probably add in something that says that.

I'm really interested in the "shorts" that are included on the DVD.

How many shorts are included? Are they all riffed by Mike (solo)?

I was wondering about that.  Thanks.

Any chance we could get a look at the announcement poster that would have been posted here if we had won the 20 questions?  Seems it would be a waste if you had made an image and never got to use it.

He didn't make one, he knew we wouldn't get it LOL ;D

I first bought this flick on a cheap-o Three Stooges collection, and the picture quality was downright awful. I'm glad that Legend has released this title. Definitely adding this one to my collection as soon as possible. LOVE the Three Stooges. "Swing Parade" is a great movie, even though the Stooges aren't in all of it. Can't wait to see the restoration, color, etc., and hear Mike's commentary. Everything sounds awesome. 8)

(BTW, I still cannot understand how anyone could NOT love the Stooges. Come on... it's the Stooges, for crying out loud!)

What exactly is funny about three grown men pretending to beat each other up for no good reason? I appreciate the rehearsed intricacy of the Stooge's schtick, but I've just never found them particularly funny. (Just as I've never really enjoyed any comedy based on a dumb guy(s) getting themselves deeper and deeper into trouble). That being said, I know Mike is a Stooges fan, so it will be interesting to see what he has to say about them in the Riff.

Can we get a list of all the dvd extras, perhaps?

Wow I'm really surprised to see a stooge hater, me and brother grew up laughing at the stooges, I though everyone did. Anyway, I'd rather the haters not spoil the good news with a stooge debate so lets just leave it at not everyone likes it.

Rejoice more Stooges!!

So are we going to open up a board for this one, or are the boards just for downloadable Rifftrax? :^)

I have to admit that I don't get the Stooges either but a) I haven't really watched them that much (I vaguely remember an uncle watching them when he babysat me when I was a kid) and b) Girls, I've been told, aren't supposed to get the Stooges.

I bought the DVD anyway and I'll watch it.  I didn't buy the other Stooges one because it wasn't a commentary and I don't have to hear every word Mike ever records.  Who knows, maybe I'll like this so much I'll pick up the other.
mike5150 how tall are you?.....in gallons?

It's a boy's club sorry amanda :) anyway this is supposed to be a musical so although I'm not holding out for grace kely and fred astair, I would expect somthing more "female" aproachable for this one (I like musicals from this era so I'm at least "trying" not to be sexist)
