Ugh.  I just finished having the single worst conversation I have ever had on YouTube.  It was on an episode of the New Twilight Zone that had been posted to YouTube.  There was this one guy (who apparently had nothing better to do) who had about half the posts in the comment section, replying to everyone who praised the episode in any way, saying that its premise was fundamentally bad.  I happened to reply that the basic premise was good (which is the point of a show like TZ, right?), with some slipshod execution, and inadvertently started a flame war.  He brought up some good points that I hadn't thought of, but all it did was show me that the premise (which was still good) was executed even worse than I thought it was. Of course, he did this in the most arrogant, douchetastic way possible.  And then, when it seemed we had finished, he gave a reply to someone with a view similar to what mine was (only more positive).

However, this person had last posted about a month ago.  I thought it was a reply to me and expressed my confusion.

Rather than do what a normal person would do, namely, say "I was talking to this guy," he decided it would be best to freak out instead.  "GOD YOU FUCKIN IDIOT I WAS TALKING TO (name withheld) ITS CALLED 'VIEW ALL' U CUNT"

I gave up after about the second reply to that line of inquiry.  Still, I think I'll start viewing all my comments from "View All" in case a total spastic is commenting on the thread.
