Check it out!  A free streaming RiffTrax of the old Incredible Hulk TV show!  An entire episode is provided by Hulu and the streaming commentary by Mike, Kevin and Bill is synched up and streamed by the geniuses at overcast.com!

Check it out, send it to your friends and please Digg it!  This is the free sample you've been asking for and hopefully a way to make RiffTrax easier in the future!

1.  Hulu is only available in the US.  We know.  Sorry.

2.  This is the only way to view this now.  An MP3 may be forthcoming, but we want to see how this method works for people, so please check it out.  If it proves popular, we'll hopefully be able to arrange for more movies to be on Hulu for longer time periods and we'll be able to use this as another option.

Just so it is out there. I would pay $1.99 for an mp3 of this riff.

Added this to the first entry.

Whoa, that's sweet.

Unfortunately, Hulu sucks on the campus wireless, so I may have to wait for a weekend at home to watch this. :(

That's awesome, but I'm not hearing the riffing. Do I need to do something?

Issue with the commentary at Overcast, we are working on it now.  We'll report back when it's ready to go.

UPDATE:  Fixed!

Pak-Man

I like the potential that this represents. With this, you could riff Firefly or Sarah Connor Chronicles and not have to worry about whether people can get it easily on DVD... :^)

I keep getting a "Failed to load overcast" error.

Try again now, an early issue came up but it's been fixed

Please, don't spend too much time on things that only people from the US can enjoy.

But, I do think it is a good idea anyway.

Skål! :)

Cool concept, hope this gets more people watching.  Personally, my set up doesn't allow for watching Hulu videos, and I would rather pay than sit through commercials anyway.

Edgewriter

Just finished watching it. I think it was great. Now if only I had a way to own a copy . . . . .

I also just finished it up, and I liked it. I definitely like this idea, it really opens the door for more possibilities; very interested to see where this goes.

On the technical side, everything worked fine for me. Every now and again it froze for a moment (though the audio continued), but after a moment it got back up to speed. I blame this more on my connection than anything else, though, so everything's basically fine.

I see that in Firefox a lot, if you have an Extension that constantly checks for updates, such as ForecastFox.

Wow.  Television was impressively stupid once upon a time.  I haven't watched actual broadcast TV in years, so maybe it still is.

Anyway, I have now enduggened it.  In honor of the free Rifftrax, I've ordered everyone a celebratory round of heart attack water.
I thought I was Dale.
