I have not been able to download my purchase of the LoTR rifftrax I purchased on 12/2. Since then I have sent in three emailed requests for assistance and have received no reply. Yet I am still charged for this purchase.

Can someone please reply to my emailed requests?

Have you been emailing support AT rifftrax.com?  That is the address to contact with download issues.  If you have been mailing sales AT rifftrax.com, that is not an email address that will get you a response.

PM me with your details and I will help you.  Please include your name, email address and the RiffTrax in question that you need help with.

I was able to download the LoTR riffrax.
