That's exactly it. I'm postive that people jump on the "Batman Begins is the best movies ever AAAH" bandwagon because the four movies before it sucked.

I think the original Batman film is probably the best of the bunch.  The other three though... I like Batman Forever because it's so bad it's good but Batman Returns has the worst pacing of any superhero movie and doesn't actually have Batman appear until after about a half hour.  Batman's a minor character in Batman Returns.  How much sense does that make?!  The movie should have been called Penguin begins featuring a special brief cameo by Batman.  Batman & Robin.  The title says it all.

I loved both movies with the tittle Batman,I Enjoyed Batman Returns,parts or Batman forever were ok,the only one i hated was Batman and Robin.

For me this isn't a case of a movie looking good because of what came before it it's just my second favorite Superhero movie.

Also I just Saw Roger Rabbit for the first time and it was ok but it was no classic.

I think it's more of a classic if you saw it when you were younger because how can you not love it as a kid?  But what makes it a classic is because when you're older you actually understand it.

To be honest with you I don't even believe Batman Begins is even the best comic book movie ever made. Also you have to add that fact alone. Roger Rabbit is by far the more original and creative.

Has anyone ever read Who Censored Roger Rabbit? I remember wanting to find the book when the film first came out but I could never find a copy.

Batman Begins was crazy awesome. Roger Rabbit was frightening and stupid. Batman Begins. Oh, and Greg, what happened to "not wanting to affect anyone's opinions." Seems like your really pullin for roger Rabbit here.
