:D  I loved the part when Sybok, that Saddam Hussein looking guy, is in command of the enterprise and finally annouces his his plans.

Sybok: Above all else they believed in a place where these questions WOULD BE ANSWERED!
      Mike: WIKIPEDIA!

That had me laughing so hard!

BathTub

MisterC

Everytime it cuts to Kirk and Mike screams, "kiss him, kiss him!"  I couldn't stop laughing.

euphoria

"Luckily, I'm wearing my blizzard-proof bathrobe."

Sharktopus

"Bullshit, captain!"

or

Goddamn irresponsible... "Making another one of these turds!"

The Tick

i like it when they are speaking klingon, that made me laugh soo hard! :D
Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music.

SecretAgentSuperDragon

I loved all the jokes about the ridiculous setting for Heaven.
"So in Heaven it's 117 degrees, huh?
Yeah, but it's a dry heat."
and
"So if you fall and break your neck in Heaven, then where do you go?"

Too many riffs to list

Its in my top 3 list

BathTub

Sharktopus

Clown penis. It's sublimely random. The only downside is the image it might put in one's head.

kodiakthejuggler

I probably felt the strongest milk-through-the-nose reflex when the group meets "God" and Mike says "...and Merry Christmas"

Was rolling on the floor with that one!

zoidbergMD

Sulu: "Actually, it's my first attempt."
Murphy: "I hope it goes better than Shatner's first attempt at directing."

;D

Nunyerbiz

I've probably watched this one a good half dozen times... and everytime when the alien in the "cantina" playing the pinball game is disturbed by the fighting... I just lose it...

"Stop... no... I never abducted you and gave you an anal..."
*various pushing and shoving*
"I never gave you a probe... get away...!"

or whatever... I know that isn't an exact quote... just kills me everytime.

A couple of honorable mentions that just popped into my head as I tried to remember this rifftrax instead of doing work:

"Is that a name or today's jumble?"

"Binoculars... OF THE FUTURE!" (love the old MST callbacks)

"Pull my finger!" (I still love the old MST callbacks)

[after Shatner is given a writing credit] "Yea, story by Shatner in that he said, Let's do another Star Trek and I'll direct it" (not terribly funny out of context, the delivery from Mike is just perfect tho)

"That was a good beefy Kirk roll"

"get my detangling spray!"

"Bullshit, captain!"

in context that had me laughing the hardest

also I loved when he said something like "Thank god for that blue light, with out that none of this would make any sense" and other riffs on the futuristic stuff

also saved by the blue screen

Bus Taker

Kirk addresses 'God' for the first time: "Yes, bewigged one?"
"I can't complain but sometimes I still do, life's been good to me so far." - Joe Walsh

Johnny_Short_Torso

I also love when mike says "What is this? Mythbusters?"  ;D
