I do have to say i'm kind of disappointed in this problem.... this was the one thing i was looking foward to tonight and now i'm spending it resynching while watching.

Oh hey Raven, I actually worked with that actor in your icon... he was directing a flick i helped out on.

**holy crap i was totally right in the 'coming soon' section about the jokes on the cat.... if i had anything to do with influencing those jokes, i.....bow down before you, but i guess the reason i brought it up originally was it seemed kind of obvious and funny.

I can confirm that the Quadrilogy disk syncs perfectly. I've never had so little syncing trouble.

Please turn your attention to the RiffTrax Home Page for a humorous Alien-related poll.

Hm.  So my 4 disk 20th Anniversary Edition is not the quadrilogy, even though it has 4 disks.

The Quadrilogy is referring to all 4 movies (at the time) and not the number of discs. If that were the case the quadrilogy would have been called "enneadrilogy" or some such nonsense.

I sent the netflix DVD back also.  However I got my government stimulus check so I guess I can afford to go out to kick start the economy  by purchasing the Alien DVD.  And of course I'll spend the rest on gas.

Crap!  Blockbuster's copy--clearly labeled "director's cut"--had a copy of the theatrical cut in it.  Now I have to track down another copy.  Damn you, Blockbuster.
I thought I was Dale.

Yeah, I see that now.  My 4-pack has all 4 movies, so I figured, you know...

Don't you mean a HALF a tank of gas?

BathTub

Oh geez, the Directors cut is the shorter of the two? no wonder I was having so many problems, bleh.

It felt good to dust off the old quadrilogy box, a good friend I've neglected for years.

Last week it could have been a whole tank.  This week only half.  I don't want to think about next week.
