Yes, and to clarify further. This is the version that was used as reference:

(EDIT: I realize that this says it's the Director's Cut, but when you scroll down to the info it says it's 2 discs and the feature length is 233 minutes...so it contains both. Worry not.)

It contains both the Theatrical and the Director's cut. The director's cut is actually shorter than the theatrical at 116 minutes(confirmed by IMDB) so the 117 minute cut is the one you want to get. (But personally...for $10 you get both versions to be safe, and you get to own a true classic. I would just buy the double disc, or even the Quad, which I plan on doing as soon as I can justify paying money for Alien 3 and Resurrection )
