I think this movie will be really interesting, if for nothing else than the reactions in the US.  Although I'm no fan of his, I find it funny that Oliver Stone is suddenly "Hollywood".  People will love this or hate this no matter what happens in or the tone of the film itself, I honestly think it'll be more even handed and sympathetic than most people seem to believe at this point.

Doesn't it seem weird to make a theatrical movie of a LIVING president? Not only that, one who just got out of office?

I would/would've liked a Regan movie but they'd have to show all the dementia and everything which would've been hard.

I seriously doubt Rifftrax would pick a movie that would instantly cut the potential audience in half along political lines.  Bad idea for the single track, and bad idea for hard feelings it could cause down the road.  I don't even know what stance this movie'll take, but I'm not looking forward to seeing it riffed or unriffed.

Personally I'm just sick of it, all the political crap from both ends of the spectrum that have popped up over the last 8 years just makes me want to change the channel, put down the paper, turn off the radio or whatever.  I don't feel the need to watch an incredibly slanted view of what this man's presidency was even if I lean more toward the side its coming from as opposed to it's opposite.  I'd rather just elect someone new, try and make good changes for the future, and let the past be the past.
