I just had the most awesome idea! Wouldn't it be cool if we could buy ourselves high-quality for-real Rifftrax movie posters? I know I'd plop down 8 bucks plus S&H for a copy of the Rifftrax Matrix poster I could hang on my wall. The movie-title might need to be edited out for copyright-purposes, but the doctored images should be legal.

Anyone wanna back me up on this? :^)

Make this real!

Christmas is right around the corner. That's all I have to add. :^)

If it could be possible, I'd buy every single one of those in movie poster format!!!

They'd be the main attraction on my walls!!!!!!!!

Not to like, rain on your parade or anything... because it'd be a really cool thing to have <screaching but-monkey sound here.> But posters are a bitch to produce. What, with submitting art and approving the proofs and committing to a minimum order. And by then Rifftrax would have like five new releases!

I work for a major museum here in San Francisco and they accidentally misprinted the dates on one of the exhibition posters. Turns out that it's such a pricey pain in the ass to produce posters, they just decided "screw it"! A world class museum said "to hell with it"... go figure~

But Hey, if they take your idea and run with it... count me (and my money) in!

also, its a legal issue... internet photo art isnt a big deal, yet when you actualy sell copywrite photos for your own profit, you will definitly need permission.

The digitaly altered argument only works when the image is altered beyond recognition.

plus every one of these mockups isn't going to be high enough quality to reprint.
