I got the tree question wrong on my 8th grade science test....  I was told it makes a noise, not a sound....  I then proceeded to mushroom slap the teacher in my mind


And I hate philosophy mostly because I have friends that are hippies/deep into hallucinogens and have had to deal with shit like being told to grib 2 pieces of copper in my hands because of their internal energy

Glad you brought up futurama again because as it turns out sharky was right about a matrix green / number thing being spoofed in one of the episodes. It is the episode where Bender dates the planet express ship, the matrix spoof (more of a subliminal nod really) is only a couple seconds and happens when bender and planet express ship ... umm... "merge their programs"

Hey good news! the Simpson's finally did a Matrix parody the latest "Christmas" episode (12/17/06) ... Matrix-Poochie !!!!!!!  They took the obscure character of Poochie and had him dressed like neo, doing the bend backwards move while on ice skates (the whole joke was only a few seconds long)

The Simpson's are a little late with this parody but something is better than nothing

yeah, I don't mind philosophy and I find some stuff fun sorta, but when people start evaluating life and objects too much it gets annoying to me and sometimes seems like people have lost their sense of reality...
