[RVR II]

What's up with Mike telling me I really need to add these to my cart now?

I have them All already Mike!

just downloaded, now I can enjoy my first and only Blu-ray

.Riff file isn't working for me. The player won't load past 5%. Tried re-downloading it and everything. Oh well, I guess it's time to do it the old-fashioned way again...

This is working for us.

Does this sync well with the blu-ray version of the film? I got a copy of it with my PS3 (I wish I got Motorstorm instead) and now I finally have an excuse to watch it.

Yes, it will synch with blu-ray.

I'll have to finish off the PAL version when I get home tonight. Unfortunately the file torgosPizza set up for me last night appeared to be corrupt, and while he replaced it this morning there wasn't enough time for me to get it all finished before I had to come into work. But it's mostly done.

Of the ones I've seen so far, this is the funniest RiffTrax yet. Better than the Star Wars Holiday Special even. I laughed til I cried during a couple of jokes. I laughed so much I'm physically exhausted now. Great references too. Kudos to the Wizard quote. It's so bad!

Here, Here.  Loved the Wizard reference.  And to the Simpsons, Roadhouse, and plenty of other obscure references.

But I gotta say (and I'm certain people will disagree about this) that the reference to 9/11 conspiracy theorists was inspired.

Kudos to Lileks and I would definitely buy another another riff with him.

Yeah, he really added something.  His delivery was great and I could feel his writing influence a couple times.  I've been following Mike's writing for damn near 20 years now so I know his style intimately and there were some new and different flavor of jokes that added a lot to the LOL.   Like when he'd sort of break the 4th wall and take the movie to task for tardness.  "You just can't DO that!"  Those asides were different and awesome.

If this'd had Bill or Kevin it would have been the best trax ever but it was still pretty freaking good.

Lieks' blog is up over at his site detailing the recording of the Riff. Wow, a home studio! Sounds like it's a really cool setup!

Cheers Bathtub! Looking forward to this one big time!
