You will be able to choose 10 movies in each Pool and the top 15 clear winners will go on to the first round of the tournament.

Sorry, still blasphemy.  There are maybe a handful of movies close to this one for being fun for me to watch.  This movie is like my childhood melted down into an extremely pure form.
