Interesting theory, but it does kind of go against the cartoon, we need something more specific to the special.

So which of us has the Sword of Power, which of us has the Sword of Honor, and which of us is guarding the secrets of Greyskull?

Dibs on Sword of Power!   ;D

Well UglyBat just called dibs on replacing the Sorceress.   ;)

I still like the Voltron idea though.  I mean that was real big in the 80's right?  I mean, maybe we could turn into some sort of conglomerated 80's super beast!  We could be 100 feet tall, and wearing a pink and yellow boa harnessing the sun around our neck, and have like...A BIG MECHA MULLET!  With ATOMIC GLITTER all over!  With a big titanium T-shirt that says REAGAN/BUSH IN '84!  And highheeled leather boots, AND HOT PINK MEGA '80's TIGHTS OF POWER!  Then for a secret weapon, instead of a big sword or a laser blaster, we have...THE DURANDURANINATOR!!  It's a giant boombox that unleashes 100% PURE DURAN DURAN IN IT'S UNDILUTED FORM WHICH CAUSES THE HORDES OF GIANT MONSTERS AND NAMELESS LACKIES TO EXPLODE DUE TO THE OVERDOSE OF 80'S!!!!!  YEAH!

Uh.  Nevermind, that's a bit much.

What can I say.  I have strange interests.

The hot pink tights, atomic glitter, and highheeled leather boots are the only evidence I need of that.

Yeah.  That's what I get for being a manic-depressive with an already strange personality.  You know if this had been a different day, MECHA-MULLET (As I've decided to dub my monster) would be like a cross between a Clive Barker character and my cousin Spike.

I just noticed.  This has nothing to do with top ten riffing anymore.  I withdraw.  It was fun though.

1) Starcrash
A Star Wars rip-off, produced by Roger Corman, directed by an Italian production assistant, and featuring Joe Spinell, Christopher Plummer, and DAVID HASSELLHOFF!  This is one of my all time favorites.
I personally believe that ANYTHING done by Roger Corman is fair game for Rifftrax!  Everyone says Ed Wood is the worst director of all time.  I think that the title should actually have gone to Corman....but, then again, he made a LOT of movies.  He made "The Little Shop of Horrors" in only 2 days AND his movies had STARS!!  Well...okay...some weren't "stars" when they appeared in one of his movies, but many are now household names.

Plus, you can get lots of his stuff on DVD -- http://video.movies.go.com/rogercorman/ -- and I'm sure even more will be released.  My husband was tickled pink when I found "The St. Valentine's Day Massacre" and "Von Richtofen and Brown" on DVD for him!

Mystic River?  This movie won best picture, director, and actor for a reason (and probably more, I don't remember).  One of my all time favorite movies.  Not that I'm opposed to one of my favorites to be riffed (300 was done)  but this movie's content doesn't seem riffable.  It's a serious film that conjures up serious emotions within the viewer.

Care to explain why you'd like to see it riffed?
A spell was cast and the sky turned red.  The Angel's heart froze to ice.  Roses of blood from an innocent soul.  On the plain lies an Angel dead.

Yeah, that's an odd choice.  It's an amazing movie, but also it's about murder and child abuse.  Not funny.  Might need a Proof-of-Concept for them to do that one.
