3 Cheers for DRM-Free

[BadServo]

Hey thanx alot guys for trying DRM-free offerings.  I recently posted in another topic how pleased I was with the new shorts, primarily because of the ease with which I could merge the commentary and Public Domain footage to get a file I could use in Linux.  This DRM-Free experiment allows me to skip the technicals and get right to the laughs.  It just adds that much more value.  ^_^

In an effort to encourage this, I wanted to state that I'd even be happy with an iTunes / iTunes Plus scenario, where I have the option of getting the usual Divx files, or DRM-Free files at a premium price.  I'm certainly willing to pay extra for the convenience.

Huzzah!

Thanks for listening to us "Bitch", or rather "voice our opinion" about DRM.

and as long as you continue to keep offering the MP3 and the source video, then I will be a happy camper

I second the thanks for the mp3s.

Thirded.  Glad to see the powers that be listen to feedback and respond to things so quickly.

I love the drm-free mpeg-2 file. Shorts are hardly worth the time to re-auther...

I'm probably the only one that doesn't have a problem with the DRM on the shorts. Then again, my DVD player's DivX certified.
