Is it possible to buy this movie without risk of social persecution?

There is a little known obscure law where I live, in which a person can be arrested for even thinking of purchasing any version of Batman & Robin. To tell the truth though I'm not so much worried about that as I am worried about the self-respect I will lose from spending more than $5 just to get this movie. Anyone know if Warner Brothers buried millions of copies of Batman and Robin in a landfill?

no, you might as well buy this movie, Glitter, Crossroads, and Battlefield Earth at the same time for the full on humiliation.

I was bieng threated with death by wolf raping before it was cool!.

From Netflix:

Batman & Robin
"Your movie was not available at your local shipping center.
We sent it from Cleveland, OH and expect it to arrive on Thursday, Feb 21, 2008."

They don't even keep copies of it on the East Coast!
Either that or every single person in the tri-state area who wanted it for RiffTrax got on Netflix before I did.

You could buy one of the dozens of used copies off of Amazon.  They start at  $3.50, so with the shipping that will be around six bucks.  Not the Special Edition version but you don't really want that, do you?

That's what I did.  Cheap, plus it comes directly to your home.  Packed by someone who doesn't know you, the mail carrier doesn't know what's in the package, and once you have it in your possession you can hide it in a safe or bury it in the backyard between viewings so no one catches on that you own this abomination.
