how long does it take to get your rifftrax?

i thought we were supposed to be able to download these. i payed for a rifftrax, got a reciept, and now it's been a half hour and i still haven't gotten a link and password to download. does it take this long. will i get it tommorow?

it takes a few days if you have to pass an e check.  if you used a credit card it should have gone instantly.

is there a link on the webpage to get to the download link they are supposed to send you? does it come in a seprate email from your paypal reciept? was it a link on the webpage after i buy it?

It should automatically link to the download once you complete the transaction. Did paypal ask for an e-mail address or anything to send a receipt to? I have an actual paypal account and I get an e-mail a few minutes after completing the transaction and it also has a link. If worse comes to worse and you don't get it send an email to support@rifftrax.com and you should get a response during business hours.

yeah as MrT said, you should get a download as soon as you hit 'complete purchase' and then also get an email within a couple of minutes with a URL for your file.

Check your junkmail folder too. Hotmail seems to have trouble accepting the Emails as legit sometimes...

Occasionally, purchases just hit a wall in between Paypal and e-junkie.  We don't like that it happens, but it does.  As we always say, if you make your purchase during a time when we won't be able to help you instantly, IE, when we're not at work, and you really want the RiffTrax NOW!  Please don't hesitate to try purchasing it again, because it will probably work the second time.  Then write an email to support AT rifftrax.com telling us about the double purchase, and we'll refund any duplicates as soon as we get it.

That applies for purchases with eChecks too.
